Hayes has been with TMC since 1997. He was also recognized with the Driver of the Quarter Award for the second quarter in 2007. Hayes’ dedication to excellence, safety record, productivity and many other outstanding qualities are what made him the perfect recipient. “Marvin does an excellent job, he has always been reliable and willing to help where ever needed,” says his fleet manager Brent Funk. “I can ask him for anything and he will do it.” The Wheel Master award was created as a way to recognize TMC’s best drivers. Each year a driver is honored with the Wheel Master distinction based on years of service with the company, safe driving record and overall quality performance.
