Heard From the Road

Jason Osborne in truck 92398 and his trainee stopped to help me out by giving me a few bungies when I asked for them. Please let him know that his team first attitude is appreciated.
— Mitchell Hamidi (91361)

I would just like to say thank you. My dad passed away on Tuesday night and you guy's gave me the time off to be there with him while he passed and that all he wanted was me to be there with him, and that meant a lot to me and thank you for sending the plant.
— Mark Hinton

Too many times you only here the complaints when things in our imperfect world go wrong. I want to change that for the moment. Last Friday your driver in truck # 91956 under our load was sat at one of our coating vendors and held for six hours before even being loaded. The truck once loaded arrived at our facility sometime around 6:00 pm and checked in at our shipping window and was greeted by Tom a our shipping manager. Tom apologized for the delay at our vendor and that he would have to wait until the night crew arrived to be loaded here. The driver of truck #91956 was pleasant, mild mannered, courteous and very professional, a very well received change from the norm.

Tom and I wanted to extend this thanks and "atta boy" to driver Phillip Sones and TMC for the service and understanding.

Thank you to Thomas Harvey (91888). He busted his butt all day yesterday and last night helping every driver get loaded. This was at Charter Steel in Saukville, Wis., yesterday and last night. He helped scoop snow off trailers and tarp etc. This guy is a CLASS act.
— Dennis Kemp (9457)

I appreciate TMC's expedited service on the next day morning delivery for LL Building, Burgaw, NC. This company is very strict with wanting material ASAP. Typically morning orders will arise for this company and with continued on time delivery we will keep TMC in mind for handling these in the future.
— Justin Kreiger, Majestic Steel USA

We recently received some nice comments from Jessie Carney with North American Pipe. He said you can line up every driver and he can tell which ones are TMC. They are always saying yes sir, no sir and do what they are asked to do. He also mentioned what a great job Mike Makovec does.
